Internal electrical and plumbing works will be provided to allow the full operation of the Esape with external connections provided at or near the Escape for the connection of these services by your contractors.

All services up to the stop valve and or isolator switch is the responsibility of the client. We would work with any contractor commissioned by you in this regard.

Please note that external landscaping and external lighting not attached to the Escape are not provided, external lighting or electrical requirements should be provided and installed by your own contractor although we would be happy to work closely with them.

We included a courtesy three year maintenance program which will include a full inspection with any issues being addressed.

Heating systems generally available can fall under the heading ECO friendly provided they reach a prescribed level of energy efficiency as laid down by your local planning authority.
