Escape

The Escapes are installed quickly and with minimal disruption to you and your guests. It only takes two weeks to install and assemble the main building with a further 1-2 weeks completing the interior fixtures and furnishings.

With a full turn key facility the lodge is available to let instantly. A full scheme of works is presented to you, enabling you to book up the lodge in advance. Images can be supplied prior to the lodges’ construction for use in your sales and marketing. We can deal with all the planning for you, unless you wish to deal with it yourself.

We’ll also take care of everything on site: we carry out ground tests and look at providing services to the lodge such as electrics and plumbing. As soon as we’re satisfied that the Escape Lodge can be installed we’ll confirm your order and apply for planning. Prior to your Escape being installed, we will lay the foundations and install services. If you order more than one lodge, you’ll make a considerable saving, as the unit cost of linking to services is reduced as the number of lodges increases.

When the installation team arrives, you can rest assured that your guests and hotel grounds will remain undisturbed. Cranes and plant are not necessary, as all components are hand carried. This means noise and mess are kept to an absolute minimum. Areas that are unreachable by plant or cranes are accessible in creating Escape Lodges.
