For some the thought of owning the bedrooms is old school thinking – they like to separate the bricks from the brains, but to others, assets are everything and nothing other than ownership will ever suit.

So we have two options available.

If you would prefer to purchase, you can base the price on our published price lists, apply any relevant discounts and choose from the range of interior finishes and options to create your perfect and individual Escape.

The second option is to lease purchase. You spread the costs over an agreed period and benefit from the taxable benefits derived from leasing tangible assets that generate income. It means you will have no significant capital outlay and yet still help you achieve profit very soon after installation.
